Workforce Health Pilot

The opportunity

Following a chance conversation between Joy Ogude and Anthony Rose at a founders' event, SeedLegals welcomed Remedly in to deliver a pilot Workforce Health Day for their London team.

Our approach

Remedly delivered an on-site Workforce Health Pilot focused on musculoskeletal health, practical advice and personalised clinical support.

Employees had the opportunity to speak directly with an experienced clinician, receive tailored guidance and discuss issues affecting their day-to-day work and wellbeing.

What we learned

The pilot reinforced our belief that people value rapid access to expert healthcare delivered in a practical, personal way.

It also demonstrated that organisations are looking for healthcare experiences that employees genuinely engage with — rather than simply making available.
